For the second time in a row, the National Egyptian E-Learning University is taking part in the seventh session of the "Akhbar Al-Youm" Exhibition for Higher Education for Universities, which is being held at in the Nasr City Exhibition Hall from August 10 to 11. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.Reda hegazy Minister of Education and Technical Education, Journalist Ahmed Jalal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Akhbar Al-Youm, journalist Rifaat Fayyad, Managing Editor of Akhbar Al-Youm newspaper, Education and Technical Education, launched the "Akhbar Al-Youm" educational exhibition. A significant number of university presidents and officials from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research attended the event, which drew attendees from over 75 institutions and institutes.
EELU President, Prof. Hisham Abdel Salam, stated that the university's participation in "Akhbar Al-Youm" exhibition aims to introduce parents and students to the colleges and studying programs the university provides, as well as new and distinguished programs compatible with Egypt's Vision 2030 and sustainable development goals. The university accepts high school students and equivalent certificates and adopts the credit hour system at bachelor degree programs.
He continued by stating that the courses provided by the university meet the needs of the future workforce as well as the local, regional, and global labor markets. Firstly, faculty of Business Administration, which grants a bachelor's degree in business administration with specializations in marketing, accounting, finance, investment, and management information systems, in addition to the specialization in artificial intelligence, and data science at the faculty of Computers and Information Technology.
He clarified that the study is performed in English and that the university offers its students demanding English language courses from the first year of their enrollment. In addition, the student receives "interactive electronic books" that aid in their understanding of the academic subjects and enable them to study them using the most up-to-date teaching techniques and resources, making the university graduate a distinguished graduate. He proceeded by saying that the university uses cutting-edge technologies in a variety of teaching and research endeavors and boasts an impressive infrastructure and technological capabilities. In order to benefit students and society as a whole, the university is also eager to form strategic alliances with hubs of creativity and innovation. It is noteworthy that the university operates 13 academic branches at the governorate level of the Republic, which are public universities: (Ain Shams University — Alexandria University — Menoufia College Tanta University - University of Sadat - University of Suez Canal - University of Fayoum - University Beni Suef - Assiut University — Sohag University - South Valley Universities in Hurghada and Qena – Aswan) which effectively engages students in student activities and gives them a sense of campus life.
