The Minister of Higher Education opens The National Egyptian E-Learning University academic center at Al-Fayoum


Dr. Khaled Eid Al-Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, inaugurated a study center for The National Egyptian E-Learning University the headquarters of  Fayoum University, on the sidelines of his recent visit to Fayoum University to hold a meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Jaber Shadid, President of Fayoum University, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, Governor of Fayoum. And Dr. Hisham Mohamed Abdel Salam, President The National Egyptian E-Learning University, and Dr. Mohamed Agha, Director of the Academic Center in Fayoum.

Dr. Hisham Mohamed Abdel Salam, President of the University, expressed his happiness and feeling proud of the opening of the academic center in Fayoum, which comes within the framework of the university’s goal and is consistent with its strategy towards providing education that brings distance and time closer to students without forcing students residing in the regions to go to the main headquarters of the university, where the university establishes its headquarters Full study equipment, equipment and capabilities in each governorate

To provide distance education and study using electronic systems and various applications, praising the spirit of cooperation and integration shown by the President of Fayoum University, Dr. Ahmad Jaber Shadid, to promote the university's center in Fayoum.

Abdel Salam pointed out that the university has come a long way until its study centers spread in most governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its results gained great strength and spread at the level of Egyptian governmental universities, with the unrivaled support of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education, whose support and support opened wide doors of hope. For the university to spread throughout Egypt to provide more opportunities for high school students and its equivalent to join the National Electronic University in the Faculties of Business Administration, Computers and Information Technology, whose certificates are approved by the Supreme Council of Universities.

On the sidelines of the visit, Abd al-Salam met the branch students, answering all their inquiries, stressing that under the circumstances of the outbreak of the Corona virus in the world, the university is keen on ensuring the health and safety of its children before anything, so the lectures were canceled in the presence of all study centers and only online lectures were applied. It is for them to try to achieve the maximum benefit from the e-learning system, which helps in all exceptional circumstances to achieve the greatest degree of excellence and achieve the desired goals.
