Egyptian E-learning University developed a number of criteria to evaluate the performance of administrative and academic services to help students.

The university evaluates the performance of these services through the following criteria :


• Determine if the service meet the standards or not.


• Identify the person responsible for follow – up .


• Determine when the responsible person or office will interfere.
