It is agreed upon that the UNESCO Regional Bureau in Cairo will provide EELU with a training lab that enables recording lectures to be replayed later-on through the Internet via their Private computers (PCs) and/or mobile phones. Hence, this allows students to follow-up the lectures anytime and anywhere.

The UNESCO Regional Bureau in Cairo will also participate in training the university staff on e-learning educational methods, instructional design and e-learning courses production.
