The target groups of students at the university:

• Holders of high school diplomas, Al-Azhar, British and American diplomas and their equivalents.

• University graduates working for whom the last educational qualification has passed 2 years to join the College of Computers and information technology or 2 years to join the College of Business Administration and are interested in obtaining an additional qualification in another discipline.

• Holders of commercial diploma.

It is part-time "working" and willing to obtain a university degree.
