Program Overview
Many trainers and educators have never been taught how to teach. When confronted with
the need or the opportunity to give training, they unconsciously follow the models provided
by the hundreds of past teachers they have had. Trainers tend to train the way they have
been taught, and their models have not always been the best ones if their purpose is to
change behavior and improve performance. This course guides you along the way to
achieve effective knowledge, Skills and Attitude (KSA) transfer. It also aims at
identifying and polishing your training techniques and presentation skills
through experiential learning, peers' and trainer's feedback.
