تعلن الجامعة المصرية للتعلم الإلكتروني الأهلية عن حاجتها لتعيين مسئول دعم فني وذلك بالمتطلبات التالية:

 Job Description

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues (Windows, Office, browsers, readers, utilities, etc.) 

• Follow up with employees on their technical issues to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting and to ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems for different types of printers.
• Dealing with Video Systems (ex.Cisco WebEx) and Sound Systems.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from the faculty of Computers and Information Technology or High Institutes of Computers or Communications.
• 1 To 2 years of experience in the field of information networks and data security.
• Networks and secure networks and information certificate is preferred.
• Max Age 30 Years.
